Chitabe Lediba is situated in a large private concession which borders the Moremi Game Reserve. It is within close walking distance of its sister camp, Chitabe Camp.

The area hosts a diverse range of habitats allowing for unique views and which draw wildlife into the area. The landscape is seasonal, and during the flood months, the dry flood plains are transformed into lush oases.

The main camp area consists of a dining room, lounge and pub, all sporting great views of the floodplains and small swimming pool. Relax and enjoy the variety of views ranging from the classic Okavango Illala Palms to acacia woodlands and savannahs.

There is an impressive predator and game population in the area, with common sightings of lion, buffalo, cheetah, elephant and hippo. Wild dogs may also be found in this area, and the owners donate a portion of your accommodation rates to a wild dog conservation fund.

Enjoy a range of game viewing activities, with day and night game drives on offer. Experienced guides can take you on nature walks where you can track lion and other animals.

Location

Chitabe Trails Camp is situated on an island in the south-eastern Okavango Delta, in Botswana.
