Khwai River Lodge is positioned on the edge of a leadwood and fig tree forest, overlooking the Khwai River floodplains and Moremi Wildlife Reserve. This spectacular area has a large predator population, as well as a diverse array of bird species, including wildfowl and raptors.

For optimum game viewing, Khwai River Lodge has a deck overlooking the river, and you can while away your afternoon watching pods of hippo from the comfort of the heated swimming pool. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered, with night spotlight game drives and star-gazing presentations being provided after dinner. Cultural visits to a local village provide insight into African life.

For those wanting a true outdoor experience, guided safari walks along the Khwai River are offered, and for the more adventurous, full-day private game excursions near the Okavango Delta, including boat cruises, are available.

Those wishing to stay in the tranquility of the camp can relax in the hide overlooking the floodplains, or make use of the gym and spa facilities. You can enjoy indulgent treatments at the facility or in the privacy of your own tent.

The air-conditioned tents are designed for comfort and ease. Large 4-poster beds with mosquito netting, private fully-stocked mini bars, and en-suite bathrooms, allow for a luxurious experience.
