How we handle your enquiries:
Once you submit an enquiry on our website, this is the process that follows ... and that will ideally see you on your way to the vacation of a lifetime.
1. Acknowledgment of your enquiry
On submission you will receive an email to let you know your enquiry has been received by us.
2. Response time
Go2Africa is committed to responding to each enquiry within 24 hours of it being received, except over weekends when we commit to a response by the Monday.
3. A travel expert is assigned
Your enquiry will be assigned to a travel consultant who specialises in the area or areas you have indicated you are eager to explore. For this reason a detailed enquiry form from you will assist us in understanding your vacation requirements and assigning the right specialist vacation consultant (SVC)to you. This will be someone who can give you precisely the kind of first-hand information and advice that you need.
4. Fine-tune your vacation
What follows next is a series of conversations between you and your expert advisor as together you work out the details of your dream African adventure. Our travel experts will make recommendations and suggestions based on your must-sees, must-dos, accommodation needs and practical considerations.
5. The proposal and quotation
Once you and our travel expert have put together the details of your African vacation, you will receive a detailed proposal and a quotation. Until you are happy with the proposal and quotation you are under no obligation to travel with Go2Africa - although we trust that we'll put together a package too exciting to resist!
