Central Province, Kenya

Kenya's Central Province is a small, high-altitude region located just southwest of Mount Kenya and the true centre of Kenya. Because of the Central Province's relatively high altitude its climate is generaly cooler than that of the rest of Kenya.

It's a major producer of coffee, one of Kenya's foremost exports, and also the base of much of Kenya's dairy industry.
