Lemarti's Camp is an intimate and memorable spiritual safari gem tucked away in Kenya's beautiful Northern Laikipua Plateau with a breathtaking setting of palm groves and fig trees and is the home of the Samburu tribe.

The location is a focal point as Laikioua is one of the undiscovered frontiers of wildest Africa with spectacular landscapes, majestic Samburu people & harmonious wildlife with elephants wandering freely & stunning birds. You can even see predators and mammals at a neighbouring ranch.

Embrace the wilderness through guided walks by a Samburu guide eliminating the usual hoard of safari vehicles & armed guards, making the experience truly magical.

Lemartis' Camp has 5 comfortable & stylish safari tents with outside en-suite bathrooms that are open to the beautiful African sky with a separate tree shower & bath. Use river water, with sediment removed & heated by a log fire & brought to your tent.

The tents are on platforms above the river bend & furnished with tables & cosy beds made dhow boats and decorated with an African-mother-nature inspired theme.

The open-plan design allows you to relax on your bed & smell the acacia blossoms while listening to the sounds of Africa around you.
