This 4-day tour provides an exciting taste of Kenya's diverse wilderness areas with opportunities to spot a variety of fascinating animals on your African safari. The Rift Valley Lakes are famous for their abundance of flamingos and other water fowl, whilst the Masai Mara National Reserve is home to the country's greatest concentration of big game.
- Day 1: Masai Mara National Reserve
- Itinerary
From Nairobi you begin your African safari across the Rift Valley, down to the Masai Mara Game Reserve (approx 5hr). You have lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive in the reserve.

- Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
- Itinerary
Rise early for a game drive, returning in time for a late breakfast. Splash about in the pool, have lunch and then head out for another game drive in the afternoon. If you arrive at the right time of the year you might catch the annual migration. The Masai Mara is home to Africa's Big 5, but is most famous for its lions. Look out for the big cats hunting on the plains.

- Day 3: Rift Valley Lakes
- Itinerary
This morning, a drive takes you to Lake Nakuru (approx 4hr). You spend the afternoon on a game drive on the floor of the Rift Valley where you can expect to see thousands of flamingos as they flock to the shores of this soda lake to feed - a sight not to be missed. Return to Lake Nakuru Lodge in time for a delicious dinner and a good night's sleep.
