As you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you'll be amazed at the colour and vibrancy of this authentic East African City. You'll be met and then transferred to your hotel, the Sarova Stanley, situated in the heart of the city.

Spend the afternoon relaxing and acclimatizing to your new surroundings, or even set out on a local excursion which can be arranged at the hotel.

After breakfast this morning you'll depart by safari minibus to Amboseli National Park, about a 3 hour drive. You'll arrive at Amboseli Porini Camp, which is situated in the Selenkay Conservancy, an area leased from the local Maasai community.

Enjoy a delicious lunch and a relaxing doze before afternoon tea, after which you'll be escorted on a walk by Maasai warriors to a nearby village where you'll get an interesting insight into their way of life.

The late afternoon will be spent on a thrilling game drive in the conservancy, which is topped off with a sundowner in a scenic spot overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro in neighbouring Tanzania.

Your day begins with an early wake up call and a light breakfast, before you head out on a game drive through the conservancy and into the Amboseli National Park.

Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch in the park and then return to Amboseli Porini Camp in the afternoon for some relaxation, and then head out again into Selenkay for a night drive. Be on the lookout for rare nocturnal animals, such as aardvarks, serval cats, caracals and bat-eared foxes.

Return to camp for a delicious fire-side dinner before retreating to your tent.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast and one more game drive en-route to the airstrip for your flight to Wilson, a local airport just outside Nairobi. Here you'll catch your connecting flight to Nanyuki where you'll be met and transfterred to Porini Rhino Camp.

Porini Rhino Camp is situated in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which is part of the Laikipia Plateau, set in the foothills of impressive Mount Kenya. Enjoy a delicious lunch and afternoon in camp before heading out later in the afternoon for a game-drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle.

Return in time for a sumptuous dinner and conversation around the fire.
