By combining articulated terraces and vast glass facades that maximise the views and create continuous space, the villa's magnificent double-volume interiors lend themselves to luxurious indoor-outdoor living.

A study of modern sophistication and glamour, Serenity combines innovative design with state-of-the-art functionality to produce luxury living at its best. Designed to capture the essence of cosmopolitan Cape Town living, the split-level configuration allows for open-plan living; the award-winning kitchen and the spacious living and dining rooms are on the ground floor while five of the six bedrooms are set on the first level.
Double-volume glass facades and retractable doors enhance the feeling of space by connecting the interior and exterior, taking full advantage of the incredible views. Strong, angular lines are softened by natural, earthy hues with warm balau timber, creamy stone and opaque glass blending beautifully.
With mighty Table Mountain and its Twelve Apostles range acting as a backdrop to a palm-lined beachfront, Camps Bay is one of South Africa’s premier tourist destinations. While the neighbourhood’s popular beachfront buzzes with the hottest restaurants, beautiful beach bars and coolest cafés, Camps Bay still has a distinct village feel about it, embracing a languid and ‘lazy Sunday’ kind of atmosphere.
Have a picnic supper on the beach, watch the world go by at Café Caprice or feast on fresh seafood at one of the excellent restaurants on the strip. Should you wish to experience more of Cape Town’s amazing attractions, the villa is just a short drive away from Cape Town’s CBD, the got-it-all V&A Waterfront and the bars and restaurants of Sea Point and Green Point.
The suave and sophisticated villa is perfect for extended families and groups of friends looking for a luxurious, laid-back Cape Town holiday with all the creature comforts.
Hot, cloudless days and cool sea breezes make Cape Town's December - March summers famous, so this is usually the best time to visit. Being one of the top holiday destinations in the world, Camps Bay sees an influx of visitors in peak season December and January but you will enjoy less crowded beaches and equally warm temperatures in February and March.
From May to September, the winter season brings cool rainy days, interspersed with long, gorgeously sunny periods. This is the best time to explore Cape Town without the crowds.
Featuring three separate fridges and state-of-the-art appliances, the ultra-modern, award-winning kitchen is a chef’s delight. Flowing effortlessly onto the outdoor deck and Jacuzzi area and offering easy access to the barbeque and outdoor lounge, it is simply perfect for entertaining.
Breathtaking views from the wrap-around balcony and opulent furnishings make the master bedroom a luxurious and sensual abode. An en suite bathroom with an outdoor/indoor shower allows you to bathe in the shadow of the mountain while a large walk-in closet and dressing space ensure there is plenty of space.
The second bedroom echoes the magnificent views and opulent furnishings of the master bedroom. Imported Armani lampshades and linen, a state-of-the-art audio-visual system and a decadent king-sized bed add to the glamour.
This elegant style and comfort is carried through to the remaining rooms - three on the first level and one on the ground floor. Two mountain-facing rooms capture carefully framed views while the fifth room opens out onto a private garden. The sixth bedroom is located on the lower level, adjacent to the gym and complete with double bed, sofa-bed and a flat screen TV and projector - perfect for teenagers and children!
Elegant en suite bathrooms with showers, baths and bidets come complete with a range of bath and body products, bathrobes and slippers. An indoor/outdoor shower offers magnificent mountain views from the master bedroom while the second bedroom has an elegant oval stone tub which overlooks the bay.
A fireplace takes centre stage in the dining room which flows directly into the open-plan living room. Blurring the boundaries between inside and outside living, the lounge opens out on to the pool deck, barbeque and lavish outdoor lounge area, creating an amorphous entertainment area.
Lower level living spaces open out onto a patio with views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and the Atlantic Ocean. There is an outdoor lounge with comfortable loungers while an outdoor barbeque caters for dining under the stars. An L-shaped pool forms the edge of the deck with a Jacuzzi.
The villa has a private gym with state-of-the-art equipment and an entertainment room with home theatre system and foosball table.
