There is one international airport in Mauritius, The Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, which is located in the south of the island, 4km from the coastal town of Mahebourg.

A number of carriers including Air Mauritius, South African Airways, Air France, British Airways and Emirates have direct flights to Mauritius from Europe, Dubai and Africa.
