Golf in Mauritius

There are a number of excellent golf courses on Mauritius and many people travel to Mauritius specifically to play golf (even if the rest of the family has other ideas).

Play golf on immaculate courses interspersed with coconut palms and with magical views of the Indian Ocean. You could even play on the tiny, beautiful island of Ile aux Cerfs on the Le Touessrok golf course.

The best golf courses are usually attached to the large Mauritius hotels like Paradis and Belle Mare Plage, although you can choose to stay in self-catering villas or apartments at golf resorts such as Anahita.

Staying at golfer-friendly hotels often allows you access to not only the hotel golf course but also preferential rates at other hotel golf courses. You can also pay your green fees and tee off at most of the golf courses around Mauritius.
