Cuisine at Shanti Ananda is based on ancient Ayurvedic principles. The Indian medical philosophy which uses body type (Vata, Pita, Kapna) to determine the diet is easily converted to suit all types of cuisine.

Pebbles - The relaxed hotel restaurant serves Mauritian and international cuisine and is open all day.

Da Maurizio - Fine dining with cuisine prepared by an internationally acclaimed chef.

Red Ginger - the alfresco lounge bar with a large wine selection, and local Mauritian entertainment in the evenings.
