Vilanculos Beach Lodge is situated on the mainland of Mozambique, 5km north of Vilanculos Village, directly opposite the islands of the Bazuruto Archipagelo.

Enjoy long scenic walks along unspoilt beaches, as well as diving and deep sea fishing. Sail to the islands on a Dhow, visit the village and browse the local market. The birdlife is prolific. Please note that the tide does go far out, so, at times, it isn't always possible to swim in the sea.

The spacious thatched restaurant and bar offer traditional Mozambican and western cuisine.

The comfortable en suite chalets are built on ironwood stilts with raised mahogany decks, wood and reed walls and have sea views. The chalets have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a private balcony. Each is tastefully decorated using select local woods.
