Zambezia Province

Zambezia is the second-most populous of of Mozambique's ten provinces. Its geography is mostly the flood plain of the Zambezi river, with much of the coast covered in mangrove swamps and large forested areas inland.

Zambezia's agricultural produce includes cashews, cassava, citrus, coconuts, cotton, maize, rice, sugarcane and tea.
