SAA flies from Cape Town to Windhoek every day, departing at 10:35 am every day except Sundays. On Sundays, this flight departs from Cape Town at 7:40 am. The SAA flight from Windhoek to Cape Town leaves daily at 12:10 pm, except on Sundays when it departs Windhoek at 9:20 am.

Air Namibia operates two daily flights between Cape Town and Windhoek, departing Cape Town at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The Air Namibia flights from Windhoek to Cape Town leave at 9:45 am and at 5:50 pm.

Johannesburg - Windhoek

SAA operates two daily flights from Johannesburg to Windhoek, departing Johannesburg at 10:55 am and 1:20 pm. From Monday to Friday there are two additional flights departing Johannesburg at 6:20 am and 5:10 pm. The SAA flight from Windhoek to Johannesburg departs Windhoek daily at 12:50 pm and 3:10 pm, as well as at 7:35 pm from Monday to Friday.
