'Goche Ganas', a descriptive Damara name, meaning 'Place of Camel Thorns, abounding with Candle-Pod Acacias', is located a mere 29km south east from Windhoek, and situated on a hilltop overlooking a spectacular landscape.

Complementing the lodge, is the Wellness Village, which consists of wellness facilities, such as a heated indoor pool, cave sauna and fitness and gym facilities. A variety of wellness treatments and massages are on offer, including a crystal bath, hydrotherapy bath, and a vichy shower.

Game is abundant on the Goche Ganas Nature Reserve, with 21 different large game species totalling approximately 1,600 animals roaming across the reserve, which can be observed during the early morning and late afternoon game drives offered by Goche Ganas.

Furthermore, Goche Ganas also caters for limited conference facilities (up to 15 pax) and can host private functions such as weddings and incentive groups.

Note: Due to the nature and activities at Goche Ganas Nature Reserve and Wellness Village, children younger than the age of 12 cannot be accommodated.

The restaurant at Goche Ganas is situated on a hilltop, and serves a combination of healthy and nutritious dishes.

Goche Ganas offers 16 luxurious chalets under thatched roof, with uninterrupted views over the nature reserve. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, mini bars, TV and DVD/CD players.

Accommodation consists of a Crown Suite, 5 Superior Suites and 10 Elegant Suites:

The Crown Suite:

This private suite caters for a maximum of 4 guests, and consists of a master bedroom equipped with air-conditioning, television with DVD/CD system, mini bar, telephone and internet port, en suite bathroom with shower and bath under skylight, as well as an outdoor shower. Via a timber deck, this unit is linked to a generous living and dining area with a couch-bed, an en suite bathroom and kitchenette.

Superior Suites:

Each of the 5 Superior Suites has a private terrace, and is equipped with air-conditioning, television and DVD/CD system, mini bar, telephone and internet port. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a luxury bath, bidet, separate shower and toilet.

Elegant Suites:

Each of the 10 spacious rooms has a private timber deck, and is equipped with air-conditioning, television and DVD/CD system, mini bar, telephone and internet port, en suite bathroom with bath and shower under skylight, as well as an outdoor shower and separate toilet.
