Karibib

The Karibib is a dry, flat area around the road to Swakopmund that leads to the Atlantic Ocean. Once on this road you are unlikely to stop as the coast is beckoning you on.

Karibib makes for an interesting overnight stop, especially if gold and one of the world's top marble mines attracts you. There are also some buildings of historical interest, and a tourist centre with some worthwhile curios on offer.
