Kavango Region

The Kavango Region is one of Namibia's thirteen administrative regions.

The population distribution in Kavango region is very uneven, with most of the population clustering around the Okavango River in the northernmost parts of the region. Because of the high rainfall of this region there is great potential for agriculture or organized forestry.
