Sossus Dune Lodge is a wonderfully situated luxury lodge, set in the Namib-Naukluft Park in Namibia. This park is the largest conservation area in Namibia at 50,000 km2 and is home to several very different landscapes, from the waters of the estuarine lagoon to the endless orange dunes of the parched Namib desert.

Sossus Dune Lodge has been built to have minimal impact on this stunning area and is primarily constructed from wood, canvas and thatch, in an attractive 'afro-village' style.

The lodge offers an array of exciting desert activities, go on scenic guided nature drives and walks through the dunes or to Sesriem Canyon. Spectacular sunset drives are also available as well as a guided after-dinner star-gazing stroll under the beautiful African night sky.

Meals at Sossus Dune Lodge are served in their restaurant, which offers a wonderful choice of delicious dishes, with a focus on tender game meats.

The lodge also provides hearty breakfast packs for those who want to leave the lodge early to watch the sun rising over the dunes.

Sossus Dune Lodge comprises of 23 luxurious individual desert chalets, set out along long wooden walkways and offer maximum privacy.

Each chalet has a spacious bedroom with 2 beds and mosquito netting. They also have their own private deck which overlooks either the canyon or the vast sandy dunes.

There are also 2 wonderful Honeymoon Suites, the ideal place for desert romance.
