On arrival at Windhoek International Airport, you will meet your representative who will accompany you to Windhoek Eros Airport in time for your flight to the Mokuti Airstrip in the Etosha National Park.

From here, you'll transfer to your first accommodation - Onguma Tented Camp - on the outskirts of the Etosha National Park.

After settling in, join an afternoon activity and explore the nearby dry river beds.

Aside from the plentiful plains game and bird species that can be found here, Onguma is involved in the protection and monitoring of 6 rare and endangered black rhino.

Breakfast is a leisurely affair, after which you'll set off for a full day of guided wildlife viewing.

Etosha is home to over 114 species of mammal as well as impressive populations of birdlife, including the biggest breeding colony of white-backed vultures in Namibia.

During the rainy season the area becomes a vast wetland and attracts many varied and interesting bird species.

Enjoy breakfast before making your way to the airstrip for your flight to Damaraland. You'll land at about noon and make your way to Mowani Mountain Camp set in the Twyfelfontein Conservancy.

Lunch is followed by some time at leisure to take a short nap or cool off in the pool surrounded by enormous boulders.

In the afternoon, you'll venture out to view the ancient Bushman rock paintings in the area. Return to camp for sundowners on the deck and dinner.

After breaksfast, head out to the famed Petroglyphs at Twyfelfontein. These ancient rock paintings and engravings were a way for the San (Bushmen) to communicate with the spirit world.

Return to camp for lunch and an afternoon spent aound the pool. Alternatively, set off on an afternoon game drive along the dry river bed in search of the large desert elephant.
