Okonjima Villa is situated 10km from the Okonjima Main Camp which lies within the Waterberg Plateau Park in Namibia.

This grand 2-bedroom Namibia villa (with 2 additional suites) is the first of its kind in the country.

In 3 of the 4 rooms the wheeled, king-size bed rolls out onto the terrace so that you can enjoy the unique experience of sleeping under the stars in the African bush. Escape from the heat of the day by swimming in your large, infinity pool which overlooks a natural waterhole.

At Okonjima Villa you can make use of the professional services of a personal host, chef and guide as well as your own game viewing vehicle. If you're feeling hungry you don't even need to leave your villa because a private chef will cook up your favourite meal in a private kitchen.

The Africat Foundation is a research centre and a rehabilitation camp for various animals in Okonjima. Here you can learn what Africat is doing to ensure the survival of these animals in Namibia.

Leopards are frequently seen either from a hide or when being audio-tracked from game viewing vehicles (note: due to the rehabilitation project many cats on Okonjima are radio-collared).

Bird watching is also popular at Okonjima and over 250 species of bird can be spotted from 2 spacious hides. Early-risers can venture out on Bushman trails, and guided or non-guided walking trails and in the evenings after dinner you can visit the night hide and observe nocturnal animals, such as honey badger and porcupine.

At Okonjima Villa your early morning snack consists of tea, coffee and muffins.

Brunch is served between 9am and 10.30am and consists of maize porridge, muesli and other breakfast cereals, fruit, yoghurt, salami, cheeses and bread. This is followed by eggs, sausage or bacon. Brunch is served after the morning trail and replaces a conventional lunch.

Fresh fruit, as well as hot and cold refreshments, are available throughout the day; coffee, tea and cake are served between 3pm and 4pm and a 3-course evening meal is served between 7pm and 8pm.

Alternatively, if you want a little more privacy your personal chef will tailor-make meals at your request and these can be enjoyed in the comfort of your luxury villa.

The Okonjima Villas has 2 luxury, en suite bedrooms in the main house and 2 luxury, private suites. Each suite has a mini-bar, coffee & tea making facilities and a ladies' dressing-table.

All the rooms have Wi-Fi wireless or dial-up internet facilities, a private safe, a king-size bed, air-conditioner and heating facilities, a ceiling fan, a bath, an inside and outside shower and a glass-panelled door that can fold away to give panoramic views.

The villa also has a private kitchen, an infinity pool and 3 of the 4 rooms have 1 or 2 extra 3/4 beds.
