Waterberg Camp is the only rest camp located along the 200 meter high Waterberg Plateau that soars above you with its 850 million years old vertical cliffs, astounding rock structures and stunning trees.

You may venture on the guided morning and afternoon 4x4 game drives led by a knowledgeable park ranger to the plateau which provides an area for breeding endangered animal species such as the black and white rhinoceros, buffalo, sable and roan antelope.

Embark on foot or by means of a guided or self guided trail and explore the natural beauty of the area, showcasing various bird and flora species and magnificent views of the surrounding grassland from the look-out point or take a nature walk around the camp and spot the Damara Dik-Dik antelope.

View the graves of the German soldiers who lost their lives in the historical Waterberg battle, situated close to the Waterberg Camp.

After a strenuous adventure, you may relax in the open-air swimming pool while gazing up at the plateau or sit on the private porch to unwind.
