Conservation

In 2006 the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town established an on-site worm farm to process leftover food and other organic matter. As well as being an environmentally sensitive way to dispose of waste, the end product is to fertilise the hotel's nine acres of magnificent gardens.
