Sainte Anne

The largest of the satellite islands around Mahé, Sainte Anne is also one of the less known islands of the Seychelles. Although the first settlers of the Seychelles lived here, the island has mainly been left to the coconuts since.

Today Sainte Anne island is a private island with only one luxury resort offering accommodation, the Sainte Anne Resort.

Surrounded by a Marine Reserve featuring pristine reefs and an opportunity to see the endangered hawksbill turtle, Sainte Anne Island offers excellent snorkelling from its long, empty beaches.
