Grande Caze Plantation House is the restored home of the Dauban family, previous owners of the island. This traditional Creole restaurant serves local cuisine on the terrace and in the gardens.

At Portobello you can enjoy modern Italian cuisine as you sit alongside the lake, and take in the views of Mount Dauban.

Sakura is set right on the beach. Dishes include freshly caught seafood and grilled cuisine, which you can watch the chefs preparing in the central show kitchen.

For light meals or an early morning cup of coffee try Café Dauban, which is open all day and serves international cuisine as well as Creole specialties.

Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa is like a mini village with 111 villas spread over a 2km area between the beach and the hillside of Mount Dauban. The spacious rooms can accommodate 4 people each, and offer three categories of accommodation - garden villas, beach villas and pavilions.

All villas are air-conditioned and feature modern facilities including a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection. The bathrooms have two vanities and an outdoor shower.

The Beach Villas are situated in front of the Garden Villas and are closer to the shore.

The luxurious Pavilions each have a swimming pool in a private garden, and a separate pavilion designed for en-suite spa treatment or a romantic dinner for two.
