The new award-winning Myoga restaurant offers contemporary global fusion cuisine. Meaning ginger blossom in Japanese, Myoga has created a conceptual menu to be enjoyed in the various dining spaces.

From the high back sofa booths in the main dining area, to the bar lounge and smoking room, head chef and restaurateur Mike Basset ensures that each guest enjoys their Myoga experience. Continue to enjoy the ambience by dining in the old cellar or on the terrace.

The welcoming and relaxed atmosphere is complemented by dishes influenced by the East and the Mediterranean, and offers a long mezze-style table at lunch, and a 1 to 4 course dinner menu specialising in local flavours. The Square is an elegant glass-roofed restaurant with tranquil green surrounds. The charming ambience and informal nature of the dining area is a wonderful setting to enjoy the buffet breakfasts, lunches and sushi bar.

The meals at the Splash Cafe located near the Health & Fitness Centre include Mediterranean tapas and Splash caprese salads. Smoothies can be enjoyed with a light lunch on the terrace to the sounds of soothing Marimba music.
