A 10 day getaway visiting Cape Town & the Winelands before ending with a thrilling Kruger Park safari.

Begin your journey in Cape Town where you can take a thrilling cable car ride up Table Mountain, stroll along the V&A Waterfront, visit museums and dine in style at one of the many trendy restaurants and beachfront cafes.

From here travel to the Cape Winelands with its rolling hills and endless vineyards for some excellent wine tasting of authentic South Africa wines.

The last leg of your trip takes you on safari in the renowned Kruger National Park where the Big 5 and many other big and small game await you.

Days 1-4: Explore The Mother City
- Itinerary
  After arriving at Cape Town International Airport, collect your hire car and travel to Welgelegen Guesthouse conveniently situated in Cape Town's City Bowl.
  
  While staying at this stylish Victorian guesthouse you can discover the secrets of the Mother City as you take a cable car ride up Table Mountain, check out the V&A Waterfront and learn more about South African culture on a tour through one of the many museums.
  
  Alternatively, laze on Camps Bay beach, take a trip to Seal Island in Hout Bay and enjoy the taste of Africa at world-class restaurants.

Days 5-6: Taste Authentic South African Wine
- Itinerary
  From Cape Town drive yourself to River Manor Boutique Hotel & Spa located in the heart of Stellenbosch on the wine route. This luxury country hotel is situated just 2 minutes from the town of Stellenbosch which is steeped in history with plenty of magnificent Victorian and Dutch-styled houses to view as you stroll around.
  
  During your 2-night stay why not visit the local wineries in the area and do some wine-tasting before enjoying a relaxing spa treatment at River Manor.

Days 7-9: Encounter Lion Up Close In Kruger
- Itinerary
  On day 7 you will drive to Cape Town International Airport and board a flight to Oliver Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. From here catch a scheduled flight to Hoedspruit Airport where you'll be met and transferred by road to Arathusa Safari Lodge.
  
  Spend 3 nights at Arathusa Safari Lodge - a small, family-run lodge overlooking a large lake with resident hippos.
  
  Here you can take part in an optional bush walk to view big game up close. Alternatively go on morning and evening game drives where you could observe members of the Big 5, birds and other smaller animals from the safety of your 4x4 safari vehicle.

  Small, family-run lodge overlooking a large lake with resident hippos.

Day 10: Say Farewell Arathusa
- Itinerary
  On day 11 you'll be transferred by road to Hoedspruit Airport where you will catch a scheduled flight back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg for your outbound flight home.
