The menu is the jewel in the crown of this charming getaway! Dinner is a sumptuous 5-course meal served in a dining room overlooking the dam and mountain ranges beyond.

The menu, created in consultation with international chefs, changes each evening in accordance with the season and availability of local produce.

The underground wine cellar is well stocked with South African premier wines.

Breakfasts are never average, while lunch is by arrangement. A picnic basket will be packed for you on request.

Attention to detail is evident in the 6 luxurious en suite rooms, 2 suites with separate lounges and 1 luxury suite with his and hers bathrooms, dressing room and fireplace in the lounge. These rooms are highly recommended during the winter, as they are very cosy.

Solid oak tables, wicker chairs with cushions dressed in blue and white checks, free-standing basins, and lace table cloths are just a few of the touches adding to the country home feel of the Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse guestrooms.
