Canyoning on the Garden Route

Canyoning or kloofing is the art of following a mountain stream down its course by floating, jumping and swimming.

There's no shortage of adventure on the Garden Route. You can go canyoning or kloofing on the Storms River with its thick vegetation and towering cliffs (perfect for jumping into deep river waters), or enjoy a fun trip on the Kaaimans River near Wilderness. This involves some abseiling and a cool swim through a waterfall.
