Meals are served at Lake Pleasant Hotel's restaurant, Bistro on the Lake, where appetising modern cuisine is prepared from the freshest produce, and flavoured with herbs from the garden.

The blend of European and South African dishes, served in a relaxed atmosphere, caters for all palates, and is complemented by a wide selection of South African wines.

For the romantic, picnic baskets filled with delicacies can be ordered for the beach at sunrise, sunset, or anytime in-between. The dining experience is completed friendly, attentive service.

Lake Pleasant has 36 luxurious en-suite rooms, in 3 categories: Superior, Duplex and Manor, which all open onto private balconies overlooking the lake.

Each room is fitted with a satellite TV, air-conditioning, under-floor heating, a private bar and a writing desk. The large, well-appointed bathrooms have twin vanities, a bath and shower and imported Molton Brown toiletries.
