George Airport

The George Airport is a somewhat small yet busy one. The airport staff are efficient and visibly proud of the fact that, despite its size, the airport has won South African Airways' Airport of the Year award numerous times since the competition's commencement in the late '80s. George Airport has grown steadily over the last few years largely due to the fact that the town of George is located on the Garden Route.
