A half day guided tour of a Cape wine region, including wine tasting.

To come to the Cape and not experience the Winelands would be a grave mistake. So if you're a little pushed for time take one of our half day tours.

With the possibility of taking a tour any morning or afternoon except Saturday afternoons and Sundays, you can visit some of the historic wine estates of Constantia or Stellenbosch. Explore the manicured gardens and taste a variety of wine, with the guidance of an enthusiastic wine expert to answer your questions.

Constantia Half Day Tour
- Itinerary
  After being collected from your venue of choice within the city centre you will be driven to the Constantia Valley, the birthplace of wine in South Africa.
  Your first stop is the historic Groot Constantia, the original cape wine estate, where you will be introduced to their signature red and white wines. After which you will visit the tasting rooms of Klein Constantia further up the valley. Famous for its beautiful views, look out across the vineyards towards False Bay.
  Move on to Buitenverwachting where you can explore the beautifully restored historic building before tasting their award winning wines.

Stellenbosch Half Day Tour
- Itinerary
  Drive through the picturesque mountains of the Stellenbosch area, centre of the wine growing area in the Cape, to Alto wine estate high in the Helderberg mountains where you will be introduced to their fantastic red wines. Audacia follows, with more robust, quality red wine to taste.
  Moving on to Uitkyk wine estate where there are crisp white wines and interesting reds to taste in the modern tasting room and an historic manor house to explore before heading back to Cape Town.
