These gardens near Betty's Bay along the Whale Coast are situated in the heart of a diverse and rich coastal fynbos region. The garden includes mountain slopes, marshes and sand dunes.
There are about 10 hectares of manicured fynbos garden and a further 109 hectares of wild bush. Typically you will see various protea species, brightly coloured sunbirds, endemic protea canaries and, from the upper paths, you may even catch a glimpse of whales in the bay.
