Camp Shawu is a secluded game lodge with a thatched roof and walls made from buffalo dung. The lodge captures the authentic African feel described by the colonial explorers of yesteryear.

The lodge is located in a 15000ha private concession and has kept the number of rooms at 5. This provides for exclusivity and privacy, allowing you to explore this part of the Kruger National Park more intimately.

Camp Shawu is excellently located for game viewing. Mpanamana Concession is a private concession, which means the wildlife is concentrated and there are very few vehicles driving through the area.

You have the chance to see a large variety of wildlife in the park, including lion, leopard, elephant and rhino.
