Crocodile Bridge is a small camp in the south-eastern corner of the Kruger National Park. It is situated on the northern bank of the Crocodile River, from which it derives its name. The camp also serves as an entrance gate into the park.
The game viewing area between Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie is known at one of the best areas in Kruger to try and see the 'Big Five'. The area known as the 'Southern Circle' is also renowned for its concentration of different prides of lion with unique hunting techniques and behaviour. Elephant and rhino are often sighted in this vicinity, and the grasslands attract zebra, wildebeest, impala, kudu, waterbuck and large herds of buffalo.
Game viewing activities include guided bush walks, game drives in the company of trained field guides, and bush breakfasts or bush braais (traditional South African barbecues) can also be arranged.
