Etali's cuisine is a contemporary fusion of traditional African flavours with an Asian twist. Meals are light and healthy with lots of fresh seasonal and organically grown vegetables, fruit and herbs. There is no set menu as the chef extraordinaire selects only the best local produce daily to work his magic. Etali house wines are supplied by Glenwood Estate.

Etali also offers traditional South African dinners in the stone built 'lesaka' kraal close to the waterhole.

Bush breakfasts and dinners are also available on request.

Etali Safari Lodge offers 8 luxurious air-conditioned suites, each set apart for total privacy in its own bushveld domain. Rooms are stylishy decorated with a mix of cool and earthy colours to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Each suite is also indulgently equipped with an outdoor whirlpool, partner bath and refreshing outdoor shower.

Families can opt for The Family Suite, and, for those with children, the lodge offers 2 slightly smaller back-to-back rooms. The rooms share a plunge pool and connecting deck.
