Motswiri Private Safari Lodge lies hidden in the bush, an exclusive lodge offering a maximum of 10 people an exlusive bush experience in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve.

The thatched lodge and the five private bush villas are built in and around a thicket of mature leadwood trees, incorporating them into the rustic architecture of the lodge.

Laze around the swimming pool at the main lodge or relax on the large wooden deck that overlooks a waterhole frequented by elephant families and other big game.

Motswiri Private Safari Lodge can be booked individually or can be booked for the exclusive use of a family or a group of up to 10 friends who wish to have the whole place to themselves.

Your schedule and activities revolve around your needs and those of your group and the attentive staff will do their best to meet all your requests. Early morning and afternoon game drives, accompanied by a knowledgeable game ranger, are offered daily for you to learn more about the African bush and the wildlife of the area.

Your meals at Motswiri Private Safari Lodge consist of a mid-morning brunch, an afternoon high tea and dinner. Dinners are served under the African sky around a blazing campfire.

Evening sundowner drinks are also an important part of your safari experience.

There are five air-conditioned villas around the main lodge, each with a private deck. The gas fireplace is great for those chilly nights. Each room is also equipped with a bathtub and outdoor showers.

A 3-bedroom family suite is also available for families traveling with young children.
