Mkuzi Game Reserve

With its large game population and spectacular scenery, Mkuzi Game Reserve is a paradise for nature-lovers.

Mkuzi's beautiful natural parklands contain of a variety of elegant trees and host a large variety of antelope. The reserve is also home to the scarce and endangered black and white rhino.

The reserve was named after the Mkhuzi River, which forms Mkuzi's northern and eastern boundary. The river receives its name from the aromatic trees that grow along its banks. It is also notable for its population of wild fig trees.
