The Blue Mountain Lodge is a romantic and elegant hideaway in the lush surroundings of Mpumalanga, 50 minutes' drive from Nelspruit and Skukuza airports.

The lodge is set on 200 hectares of indigenous bush, forestry and farmland where you can enjoy walking and hiking trails, bird watching, botanical interests and fishing. Further excursions include golfing, panoramic tours and safaris, and exhilarating helicopter flights over the diverse landscape of Mpumalanga.

Facilities on site comprise of a timber-clad bar and billiard room, a cellar with a selection of the finest South African wines, lounge area and a swimming pool.

Weddings can be arranged at Blue Mountain Lodge in their private chapel or on the lodge's grounds.

Blue Mountain Lodge is proud of its cuisine and their restaurant offers a varied menu which takes advantage of locally grown, seasonal produce and freshly caught fish. Breakfasts include muffins and bread which are baked daily and special care is taken to cater for all dietary requirements.

The personal chefs in the Manor House suites work with the same ingredients and skill as those in the main restaurant.

The Blue Mountain Lodge offers 15 suites in 3 varied locations, all sharing a décor that combines specially designed furniture and antiques.

4 suites are housed in the lakeshore manor houses, which consist of 2 luxuriously appointed suites in each and benefit from their very own personal chef and maitre'd.

The lakeshore manor houses are set in the forest and consequently offer slightly more privacy.
