Set in the Limpopo Province bushveld, the Hans Merensky Country Club offers the discerning traveller and sport enthusiast a unique African experience. The Kruger National Park stretches along the entire length of the Club's eastern boundary. Animals, including elephant, lion, hippo and a wide variety of antelope and birdlife, are often seen on the championship 18-hole golf course.

The clubhouse has large trees and a wide veranda. Crocodile and hippo add spice to the normal 'hazards' of a good game of golf on this challenging, legendry Bob Grimsdell-designed golf course. The course extends over a vast area of indigenous bush, interspersed with pools and greens.

The large Cleveland Game Park offers the chance to see lion, elephant, buffalo, and leopard, as well as a wide variety of other African game in an unspoiled environment.

If you would like to mix business with pleasure, or get away from the office for a meaningful meeting or workshop, the Hans Merensky Country Club offers full conference facilities, which can be tailor-made to suit individual requirements.

A unique experience is to dine under the stars on The Koppie. Here, diners are often treated to moonlit sightings of buck and hippo, or, alternatively, dine in the elegant Weavers' Nest. Pub meals in the Tuskers theme bar are also available.

Air-conditioned and secluded accommodation is offered in the form of individually decorated, thatched chalets situated along the golf course. Each chalet, a short walk from the clubhouse, is uniquely situated and offers a great view of the course.
