Sabi Sabi Selati Lodge is situated in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve bordering the famous Kruger National Park. Built alongside the original route of the long-abandoned Selati railway line, the small and intimate camp offers you a great African safari experience.

The camp offers huge decks, allowing for great game viewing while enjoying a refreshing drink. You can also cool off in your plunge pool, and while away the time on your private veranda.

At night, Selati Lodge is illuminated by oil lamps which, combined with the vintage décor and early 20th century train memorabilia, creates an old-world atmosphere.

In addition to Big 5 game-viewing and safari drives, conservation is a key aspect of the Sabi Sabi Game Reserve ethic, and its well-trained rangers help to provide a rounded safari experience.

For your first meal of the day, the chefs at the Selati Camp prepare a typical South African breakfast which includes freshly baked breads, jams and preserves from the lowveld region.

Lunch and dinner also comprise home-cooked cuisine, served on the decks built over the river-bed, around the fire in the open-air boma or in the farmhouse kitchen.

The Selati Camp is one of the smallest camps in the Sabi Sabi Game Reserve and is comprised of only 8 luxury, thatched suites, each with en-suite bathrooms and private alfresco shower.

Selati Camp's premier accommodation is in the spacious Presidential Suite. Its colonial-style features original antiques, a draped 4-poster bed, private terrace, fireplace and a private pool.
