Itinerary
Say goodbye to Cape Town and head off into the beautiful Cape Winelands, an area renowned for world-class wine estates, quaint little towns and a country-style atmosphere.
Arrive at luxurious Franschhoek Country House and Villas in Franschhoek, a pretty mountain-side town home to gourmet fine dining restaurants and amazing wineries.
Spend the next two days exploring this scenic area: enjoy a horseback ride through the vineyards, embark on a wine & chocolate tasting excursion, visit little boutique shops and enjoy the romantic ambiance.

Days 5-6: Marvel at the Scenic Panorama Route
Itinerary
Today you'll drive back to Cape Town International Airport where you'll catch a flight to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, right in the heart of one of South Africa's most scenic areas - the Panorama Route.
Pick up your rental car and make your way to Cybele Forest Lodge, luxury lodge-style accommodation close to the Blyde River Canyon and situated deep within an indigenous forest area.
Spend the next few days exploring the region on horseback or mountain bike rides, enjoy scenic trips out to the Canyon, Bourkes Luck Potholes and God's Window or just relax and unwind.
You'll make your way to Lion Sands River Lodge, a beautiful safari lodge overlooking the Sabi River and offering spectacular game viewing and amazing luxury accommodation in a tranquil bush environment.

Days 8-9: Game Drive in the Kruger Bush

Awake early for a steaming cup of coffee and an exciting morning game drive through the Lion Sands region - be on the look out for predators who are at their most active this time of the day.
Enjoy a pitstop in the bush for a breakfast snack before returning to the lodge for a sumptous full breakfast. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the deck, in the bush spa, enjoying a snooze in your suite or even head out on a guided walk.
The afternoon sees a delicious tea before you head out on another game drive. Enjoy a stop in a scenic spot for sundowners, before continuing the drive in the dark with the aid of powerful spotlights. Return to camp for an incredible African-inspired meal under the stars.

Day 10: Say Goodbye to the Kruger
Itinerary
Your last morning in the Sabi Sands dawns with a game drive before you collect your rental car and make your way back to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, where you'll drop off your rental car and continue with your adventure to your own arrangements.
