Thornybush Game Reserve is situated in 115 km² of pristine African bushveld. The reserve is adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park and offers prime game-viewing territory, including opportunities to view the "big five", a variety of other wildlife and more than 250 bird species.

The reserve has five luxurious and exclusive lodges and dusk and dawn drives in open landrovers are availble with fully qualified rangers.
