Kings Camp offers authentic South African cuisine in a homely atmosphere. The lounge/ dining room and self-service bar overlook an active waterhole, and dinner can be enjoyed in the boma. You could also partake in romantic bush braais - South African barbecues.

All meals are complemented by wine from the camp's exceptional wine cellar.

Understated grandeur is evident throughout Kings Camp. The rooms are spacious with high thatched ceilings; furnishings are simple yet elegant, creating a sense of space and freedom. You will sleep in wooden sleigh beds dressed in white cotton sheets.

Mosquito nets and air-conditioning are standard in the camp's 10 suites, which can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. All suites have expansive glass windows looking out to the camp grounds.

Victorian ball and claw bathtubs, sisal carpeting, hand-dyed fabrics and local basketry complete the elegant colonial style of the camp's accommodation.
