You will be met upon arrival at O.R. Tambo International Airport where you will board a chartered flight to Tintswalo. The flight from Johannesburg to the airstrip on the reserve takes approximately an hour. On arrival you will be met by a ranger and transferred to the lodge by a ranger. Here you are accommodated for the duration in luxury chalets on a full board basis. Local beverages and safari activities are also included.

Spend the following 2 days at the exclusive Tintswalo Safari Lodge situated on the private Manyeleti Reserve concession within the greater Kruger National Park. A pristine wilderness reserve nestled between the Sabi Sand, Timbavati and Kruger Park, abounding in big 5 game and spectacular birdlife, the Manyeleti is considered unique for its minimal vehicle density and offers a truly exclusive safari experience.

Tintswalo is beautifully situated along a seasonal riverbed among an ancient sycamore tree grove. The exquisitely appointed main lodge overlooks a waterhole frequented by a large herd of elephant and other big game. The suites are linked to the main lodge by raised wooden walkways.

The Tintswalo suites are authentically decorated to recall the pioneering times of the 19th century African explorers. The air-conditioned suites are situated along the banks of the seasonal Nwaswitsontso River. The rooms provide supreme comfort, privacy and effortless birding, as well as the opportunity to view a large variety of big game from the privacy of your suite. An indoor/ outdoor shower leads off from a spacious bathroom which opens out onto a private deck. Luxuriate in a private plunge pool or just relax on a lounger under the African sun.

The activities schedule at Tintswalo is completely flexible. Naturally, game and bird viewing are the most popular. Guided bush walks will allow you the opportunity to gain insight into local traditions and learn more about the wildlife and nature of the area. For the less energetic, there are day and night game drives in individually seated open Land Rovers. The vehicles have spotlights for night viewing, and individual blankets are always provided.

The lodge features the Elan Vital spa, which specializes in treatments for men and women using plant-based products to relax you and stimulate your senses. A wonderful way to unwind after a day's activity.

You depart Tintswalo Safari Lodge and are transferred back to the airstrip for a chartered flight to Johannesburg Airport where the safari ends.
