Move from camp to camp on foot or by transfer, as you discover different aspects of this unique environment, and allow knowledgeable, experienced guides to lead you on tailor-made game-viewing activities.

Day 1: Begin your Safari at Mfuwe Lodge
- Itinerary
  On arrival in Lusaka, you'll board your short flight to Mfuwe. From here, you will be transferred to Mfuwe Lodge, marking the beginning of your safari.
  
  Take some time to settle into you room at Mfuwe and admire the views from the lodge, before enjoying your first camp dinner.

  A standard safari lodge situated near the north-eastern border of Zambia in the Luangwa Valley.

Days 2-3: Continue Your Safari at Bilimungwe
- Itinerary
  Bilimungwe Camp sits under mahogany trees on the edge of a small plain.
  
  On arrival at the camp, take some time out for a drink at the bar, which is situated on raised decking allowing for views over the plain and waterhole.
  
  Another great place to enjoy a sundowner is on the Kapamba River, which is a perfect way to pass the time before you embark on a night drive.

  Bilimungwe is an intimate and remote bushcamp on the banks of the Luangwa River, Zambia.

Days 4-5: Sleep in Chamilandu Tree Tops
- Itinerary
  Your safari continues as you stay in a luxury tree-house suite in Chamilandu. Your tree-house is the perfect place to enjoy a bird's eye view of the Luangwa River and Chindeni Hills.
  
  The surrounding environment is interesting and diverse, with 7 ox-bow lagoons in the vicinity. Explore this fascinating area on game drives, where you'll have the opportunity to appreciate the diverse habitats and their abundant wildlife populations.

  Unique and intimate South Luangwa bushcamp consisting of treehouse chalets.

Days 6-8: Travel Further up Kapamba River
- Itinerary
  Kapamba Camp is the most recent addition to the park, enjoying a prime location on the river. You don't even need to leave the camp to view the wildlife, as the river serves as a local drinking spot for the animals.
  
  The bar is an ideal vantage point for game-viewing, where you can have a sundowner while you watch the animals.
  
  To explore you environment further, go on a game drive with your ranger, where you can learn more about your surroundings and the wildlife that inhabits them.

  Kapamba Bushcamp
  A remote bushcamp set beside the Kapamba River in the South Luangwa National Park, Zambia.

Day 9: Bid Farewell to the Park
- Itinerary
  Transfer back to Mfuwe Airport for your flight back to Lusaka, marking the end of your journey through South Luangwa National Park.

2 nights at Bilimungwe Camp on a full-board basis including all meals, game drives, laundry, park fees, bar and airport transfer

Return flights from Lusaka to Mfuwe Airport
Return road transfers from Mfuwe Airport to Mfuwe Lodge and as necessary between the camps
