Your Tanzania journey begins today as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania, and be met and transferred to Rivertrees Country Inn.

On arrival you'll be briefed about your safari adventure, before enjoying a delicious dinner at the Inn.

After breakfast at Rivertrees Country Inn, you'll be met by your experienced safari guide and transferred through Arusha, making your way to Lake Manyara National Park.

Lake Manyara is a beautiful park, home to a large flamingo population, hippo, rhino and even tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a packed lunch next to the lake before heading towards Karatu, where you'll arrive at Plantation Lodge, set amid working coffee farms.

The next day you'll set out to visit the impressive Ngorongoro Crater, home to a diverse animal population. The floor of the crater offers superb game-viewing, including sightings of the Big 5.

Enjoy a full day of amazing wildlife viewing and a picnic lunch on the crater floor before heading back up the rim to enjoy the views across the crater. Return to the lodge for a home-style dinner and conversation around the dinner table.

Today you'll make an early start as you travel to Manyara airstrip and fly to the Seronera airstrip in the central Serengeti. Here you'll be met and transferred to Dunia Camp, enjoying your first Serengeti safari.

Dunia Camp is a luxurious tented camp, offering a unique and authentic Serengeti safari experience. After a delicious lunch, you'll enjoy some time to relax before heading out to explore this superb national park.

The next two days sees you on morning and afternoon game drives, enjoying the services of an experienced and professional ranger. The Serengeti is a safari paradise, home to a diverse number of animals as well as a annual wildebeest migration.

Enjoy an early breakfast at Dunia Camp before returning to the airstrip and flying into the northern Serengeti, where you'll be met and transferred to Sayari Camp, known for its luxurious tented experience.

Lunch is served soon after your arrival, with time left in the afternoon for a nap or a swim in the pool, before heading out into the northern Serengeti wilderness. Return to camp for a super dinner around the fire.

Spend the next day out on the plains, exploring this spectacular landscape and enjoying the hunt for wildlife. There's plenty of time to relax; enjoy a leisurely afternoon drink on your veranda or a swim in the pool.

After breakfast, you'll enjoy one final Serengeti game drive before returning to the airstrip for your direct flight to Zanzibar Airport. On arrival you'll be met and transferred by road to the north-east coast and arrive at Matemwe Lodge.
