Tanzania has an overwhelming selection of geographical phenomena. Not only does it have the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, within its border, and the geological marvel that is the Ngorongoro Crater, but it can also lay claim to the second deepest and the second largest lakes in the world, Lake Tanganyika and Lake Victoria respectively.
