This morning you will enjoy a game drive in the Lake Manyara National Park, looking for tree-climbing lions as well as a huge variety of birds. After lunch, you will drive to the Serengeti where your days will be spent exploring the plains. Depending on the time of year you travel you could be witness to the great annual wildebeest migration. You will spend the next 2 nights at the Serengeti Sopa Lodge on a full board basis.

Start the morning with breakfast and take a drive out into the Serengeti. Birders can spend hours spotting the huge variety of bird species overhead and in the open plains. Return to your lodge for lunch, relax & stay cool in the midday heat and then venture back into the plains for an afternoon game drive accompanied by your informative guide.

After breakfast, spend the day within the crater enjoying game viewing and taking a few photos; game viewing in this setting is a sight not to be missed.

This morning you will depart from the Ngorongoro and be transferred to Arusha, where you will enjoy lunch before catching a regional flight to Zanzibar. In Zanzibar your 1st night will be spent in Stone Town, with an opportunity to explore this historical city. You'll be staying at the Tembo Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis.

The Tembo House Hotel is situated in the heart of Stone Town of Zanzibar along the picturesque seafront. It is just half a kilometre from the harbour and is a 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the airport.

You will be transferred to Mapenzi Beach Club, where you will stay for the next 3 nights. This is the perfect end to a safari as you relax and laze away the days on the white beaches or in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

Mapenzi Beach Club is situated on the East coast of Zanzibar, 45km from Stone Town.

After breakfast you have the option of lying on the beach or making use of the facilities offered at Mapenzi, such as playing tennis, snorkelling or relaxing in the Jacuzzi.
