The Serengeti Tourism industry is certainly well-developed but take a moment to read our Travel Tips.

Most visitors to the Serengeti come in on an organised safari. Flying into Tanzania you will be picked up by a safari guide who will remain with you for the entire journey. This makes for an intimate experience where you build relationships with the people who guide you through wonderful African destinations.

There are essentially three ways in which to get in and around the Serengeti. Either you will enjoy a private trip with your guide, be part of a scheduled trip in which you share your safari and guide with a group of travellers, or you can fly into each destination, and then enjoy each lodge's safari services.
