Situated in Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, Grumeti River Camp lies at the Grumeti River, where wildebeest plunge through the waters, running the gauntlet of gigantic crocodiles, on their annual migration.

Grumeti River Camp has some exciting activities on offer and has a swimming pool and leisure deck, both perched on the banks of the river where you can view abundant pools of hippo at play. A curio shop and gallery is located near to the reception area. Grumeti's spacious tents and the vibrancy of colourful interiors bring alive the excitement of Africa.

Primary wildlife attractions include lion, hippo, crocodile, eland, wildebeest and black & white Colobus monkeys.

Grumeti River Camp is situated in the western corridor of the Serengeti National Park, northern Tanzania.

Grumeti River Camp has an open-air covered dining area, a lounge area and domed bar. The domed bar is perfect for sundowners overlooking the river, while a secluded sheltered boma ensures star-studded romantic dinners.

Grumeti River Camp has 10 twin-bedded tents that lie along the banks of the river and hippo pools.

Each tent has an en-suite bathroom (comprising shower, sculptured basin and w/c), and the vibrancy of kente cloth and local sculptured furnishings bring the excitement and romance of Africa to life.
